World Mental Health Day

On October 10, we celebrate World Mental Health Day.
It’s an opportunity to remind ourselves that the mind — invisible yet present in every act — is what binds together our emotions, decisions, and relationships.

When it is in balance, it allows us to face daily challenges with clarity and calm.
When it falters, even the simplest tasks can become mountains to climb.

Work as a space of balance (or stress)

In the working environment, mental balance is anything but a luxury.
Stress, overload, and uncertainty don’t just affect productivity or performance — they impact the very safety of individuals.

A mind under pressure is more vulnerable to errors, distractions, and accidents.
But, above all, it gradually loses motivation, creativity, and a sense of belonging.
That’s why a healthy workplace is one in which those who work there can give their best without risking losing themselves along the way.

Safety and mental health: two pillars that support each other

Too often, safety is associated with procedures and devices, and mental health with “soft” or individual topics.
In reality, the two dimensions are deeply interconnected.
There is no real safety without psychological wellbeing, and there is no lasting wellbeing without safe and sustainable environments.

Prevention is the key to the future.

At Ianunai, we believe that true safety arises from intelligent and systemic prevention:
not from reacting to problems, but from anticipating and neutralizing them before they become risks.

Creating safe, sustainable, and human workplaces means:

  • designing processes that consider the human factor,
  • using technology to monitor and reduce stress,
  • promoting a culture of listening and mutual care.

A protected worker is a free worker: free to think, create, and grow.
And from that freedom comes real progress.

On the occasion of World Mental Health Day, we want to thank all the organizations that promote the culture of well-being — from the World Health Organization (WHO) to the professionals and companies that put people at the center every day.

The future of work starts here: from the union of mental health, safety, and innovation.
Because protecting the mind means protecting the greatest value we have: the humanity at work.
